Where the weeks go

Bespoke can't be rushed without cutting the parts that make it bespoke: Week 1 — consultation, measurements, fabric selection, and drafting your individual pattern. Weeks 2–4 — cutting and the basted fitting, loosely assembled so fit refinements happen on your body before anything is final. Weeks 5–6 — finishing, handwork, and final fitting. That middle step is the whole game. Skip it and you're back to made-to-measure with better marketing.

Planning backwards from your date

• Wedding or big event: Order 3–4 months out, with time for a calm final fitting.
• New job or promotion: 6–8 weeks is comfortable.
• "I need it next month": Talk to us — the 3-week rush exists for exactly this.

Why not just buy off the rack and tailor it?

Alterations can fix length and take in a waist, but they can't rebuild shoulders, rebalance a jacket, or fix a pattern that was never your shape.
