Caring for Your New garment
1. Keep your garment in your b.spoke garment bag, even if it's in your closet. The garment bag keeps your clothing from gathering dust and prevents moth holes. The shoulder of our hangers also keeps the garment hanging smoothly so it doesn't have unnecessary wrinkles when you actually go to wear it!
2. "Press Only" when taking it to a dry cleaner. Your garment is made with some of the best wool in the world, and will most likely remove wrinkles by simply hanging in your closet; but in the rare instances where it needs to be professionally pressed, it's best to use the wording "Press Only" with your local Dry Cleaner.
3. If your garment got dirty, or spilled on, ask your dry cleaner to "Spot Clean Only". The amount of hand work that goes into your garment could be undone by rough dry cleaning machines. Also, the high quality of wool could be damaged by the machines. NEVER have your Satin or Suede dry cleaned, it will ruin both those materials.
4. You rarely need to fully dry clean your suit. Once a year MAX.
5. If the garment get's damaged, please bring it back to b.spoke, and we can see what we can do. There is build in room to let out and take in each garment if you gain or lose weight. We'd be happy to take a look to see what we can do to make your garment your favorite fitting garment always.
